There are 7 production lines in Xunyang USBC charger workshop , Xunyang has our own SMT . In 2022 , we have auto-inserting AI machine ,to reduce labor costing and improve working efficiency. Now , we can produce 15K-20K usb charger per day .

Xunyang has many advanced equipment to make sure quality , like Aging machine ,ATE automated testing machine,Wave soldering machine,Ultra-Sonic machine ,laser machine ,High-pot test machine and function test machine many. 

Every charger need to be tested at least 3 times and old aging 2 hours before delivery .At the same time , our products already pass  UL,CE,CB,GS,CB,UKCA,CCC and PSE certificate. Our customers can sell our goods all around the world with all those certificates.
